Automated Telephone Renewal Service

Now available all day, every day. To renew or check your account dial:

    717-394-1721

Enter your barcode number, then Press the # Key.

Press 1 to Renew.

You will hear the total number of checked out items and the number of items that may be renewed at the time of your call.

Press 1 to renew.

Then choose from the following options:

Press 1 to renew all items.

After completion you will hear a recording to confirm your transaction.

Press 2 to hear checked out items and due dates.

Press 3 for a listing of your holds.

Press 4 for outstanding account balance.

Press * at any time to return to prior menu.

Please note: Certain items may not be renewed including videos, DVDs and items on hold for another patron.

Online Renewal Service

1. Using the link below, access the Lancaster County Library Online Catalog
2. Click on My Millennium tab (upper right)
3. A window will come up requesting your name and your library card barcode. Enter both and click "Submit"
4. Select "Checked Out Items" button
5. Check one or more items and click "Renew Selected" or click "Renew All"
