We have begun Phase 2 of our Capital Campaign, renovation of the lower level of our new library. Look at plans here. Included will be a used Book Store, coffee shop and a history and genealogy center.

The Friends of the Library

The Friends are a volunteer group who help with fundraising and sponsor programs that the library could not otherwise afford. Our meetings are every 2nd Thursday of the month at 6:45pm at the library. Please come and join us. We are always looking for more FRIENDS.

Upcoming events are:

Plant Sale - to be held Saturday, May 12th at the Lions Park on Bridge Street.

Golf Tournament
This year's golf tournament at Moccasin Run Golf Course will be held on Monday, May 21st, 2012. www.moccasinrun.com

Book Sales

During the past several years the Friends have held spring and fall book sales that have benefited the library. The Friends group is currently seeking a new venue for the book sales. If you have a suggestion for a place where we can hold our book sales please contact the library.

Friends have several special events planned, please join us and check back for future Fun Events and Fund Raisers.
